Most of us have heard about the horror movies “The Conjuring” & “Annabelle”. The characters of Edward and Lorraine Warren are real-life exorcists. They both were American paranormal investigators. They both were associated with a lot of haunting cases, not only in America but also in other parts of the world. Lorraine was a clairvoyant, she worked with her husband who was a self-taught demonologist. Both together have investigated a large number of haunting cases.

The Warrens used to collect the objects that were related to the haunting and they made a museum out of these artefacts. The museum is called “Ed and Lorraine Warren’s Occult Museum”. This museum is one of the world’s creepiest place as it has so many artefacts that have been related to some kind of evil spirits. Some of these artefacts include famous Annabelle doll, conjuring mirrors used to summon ghosts, coffins of vampires and also an organ that plays by itself! The museum has been in existence from a while now. It was opened in 1952. It is one of the oldest museums of its kind. Initially, the museum was built to keep these evil and horrifying objects out of the reach of the public.

Ed and Lorraine worked together to solve the paranormal cases. But sadly, Ed died in 2006 at the age of 79, which led to end the duo of investigating paranormal cases. Lorraine continued her work after her husband died. She did it along with her son-in-law, Tony Spera. Spera was the head of the New England Society of Psychic ResearchThey both worked together to help people who were suffering from supernatural activities. Last year sadly, Lorraine Warren also passed away (2019) at the age of 92. Leaving behind the museum. The museum that is their legacy.

This museum was built in the basement of Warren residence. The museum of the occult is house to 3,000 horror artefacts. These artefacts all belonged to the paranormal and horrifying cases that Warrens had been a part of.
