Stranger Things’ fans finally have a treat for them after the third season’s premiere in 2019.

Netflix has awakened the curiosity of Stranger Things’ fans by leaving a teaser recently. Stranger Things is one of the most successful Netflix series where people go insane just waiting for the next season to release as most of them end up with cliffhangers. We all know how frustrating that can be, but it is completely worth it when the next season is finally released. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, all production of shows was halted and people have been waiting forever for the release of new episodes or seasons of their choice. So, the production of Season 4 of Stranger Things was also stopped, but the pandemic break gave time for the Duffer brothers to continue working on their scripts. The last trailer was released about 15 months ago, but now, production finally continued and the cast has been working their magic ever since.

Even though Star Finn Wolfhard said that the new season wouldn’t premiere until 2022, people now have their hopes up and their excitement is back as Netflix released a new teaser for season 4. The second teaser hints at the return of Dr. Martin Brenner, who is played by Matthew Modine. The teaser seems to be showing a flashback of Hawkins Laboratory where Brenner was experimenting on the children, which included Eleven, played by Millie Bobby Brown. The teaser included the very distinct voice of Brenner asking “Eleven, are you listening?” and then the camera zooms into Eleven’s eyes opening.

Although we are unsure whether it was a flashback or not…

It could have been a dream, or Eleven using her telekinetic abilities to find Dr. Brenner. Even though Dr. Brenner was claimed dead in Season 1, killed by Demogorgon, there were massive clues and hints that he was still alive in the other seasons that followed. The producers later admitted that he was still alive.

You can see the second teaser down below:

The first teaser was released in February 2020.

In that teaser, they hinted at the survival of David Harbour’s Hopper, who everybody just assumed might be dead. “We’re excited to officially confirm that production on Stranger Things 4 is now underway — and even more excited to announce the return of Hopper,” the Duffer Brothers told their fans. Production seized soon after that but continued in September. There were more teasers left by the Duffer Brothers when they said, “Although it’s not all good news for our ‘American’ (Hopper); he is imprisoned far from home in the snowy wasteland of Kamchatka, where he will face dangers both human…and other. Meanwhile, back in the states, a new horror is beginning to surface, something long buried, something that connects everything. Season 4 is shaping up to be the biggest and most frightening season yet, and we cannot wait for everyone to see more. In the meantime — pray for the American.”

Here is the first teaser that was released:

There is no confirmed release date announced yet for season 4, but the cliffhangers at the end of season 3 has us all standing up on our toes.
